Is my holiday protected?
Yes. Your holidays are fully protected under our ATOL Bonding. www.atol.org.co.uk
I have never heard of Ski Hillwood, how long have you been operating?
We are an independent direct sales tour operator who has been arranging ski holidays for the past 25 years. We do not sell through travel agents, so you will be talking to people who know the resorts, hotels and services on offer.
I haven't heard of some of your resorts?
We have chosen our resorts for their short transfer times and suitability for the family. Some of our resorts no other British Tour operates go to. But we have selected them as they have a good combination of; good skiing, good ski school, excellent accommodation with easy accessibility to the slopes and short transfer times, all important when travelling with children when you need to reduce the hassle factor as much as possible.
Who will meet me at the airport?
One of our representatives will meet you on your arrival, and will direct you to your onward transport which will whisk you away to your resort. If you prefer exclusive transfers these are also on offer.
Do you arrange ski passes in the resort?
Yes. Upon arrival our representatives will meet you and discuss with you your requirements. They will collect the lift passes etc for you and deliver them to the Hotel so no need for you to queue.
Who runs the childcare facilities and are they qualified?
Our child care facilities are run by Ski Hillwood staff who hold a child care qualification or are experience in the care of children.
